Meet Our Vendors

Springh Farms

Shane and Jennifer Singh pick their beautiful Holland Marsh produce late Friday evening or very early Saturday morning so you know it will be the freshest! Look for their rhubarb, asparagus, kale, tomatoes (beefsteak, field and roma), strawberries, broccoli, kohlrabi, cabbage, leeks, beets, carrots, lettuce, parsley root, celeriac, green onions, celery, red and white onions, dandelion, parsnips, garlic, peppers, herbs, radishes, Swiss chard, romaine lettuce and spinach. Early season flowers, hanging baskets and herb pots are also very popular. As with our other farmers, this one is a family affair, with children Lauren and Nathan in tow. Put some of their fresh, local produce on your plate today!

Say Cheese

The Sloeserwij family’s Say Cheese product line brings unique brands of sheep cheese to our market. Their passion for the taste of home (the Netherlands) led them to create unique hand-crafted cheese exquisite in taste and of high nutritional value. They attribute the complex, characteristic flavours of their cheese to the milk that is sourced from several farms located in Simcoe and Kawartha Lakes County. They use the same process for its sheep cheese as is traditionally used for making Gouda. Their sheep cheese is produced as a medium firm cheese which is similar to the Dutch Gouda. The Vasey Sheep Cheese comes in plain, flavours and Swiss.

Be sure to try their complimentary samples of various meats and fine cheeses. Feel free to ask questions and discover new ways of eating and entertaining!
