Innisfil Creek Honey is a family run apiary, the Scott family working the hives and handling the bees themselves as well as harvesting and bottling their own honey. The perfect environment of mixed woods, vegetable fields and mixed agriculture in the Innisfil area means their bees harvest nectar and pollen to pollinate crops and produce sweet honey. Innisfil Creek Honey is un-pasteurized and contains all of the goodness that nature intended it to have. Follow Brian and Amanda on Facebook or visit their website.
The Sloeserwij family’s Say Cheese product line brings unique brands of sheep cheese to our market. Their passion for the taste of home (the Netherlands) led them to create unique hand crafted cheese exquisite in taste and of high nutritional value. They attribute the complex, characteristic flavours of their cheese to the milk that is sourced from several farms located in Simcoe and Kawartha Lakes County. They use the same process for its sheep cheese as is traditionally used for making Gouda. Their sheep cheese is produced as a medium firm cheese which is similar to the Dutch Gouda. The Vasey Sheep Cheese comes in plain, flavours and Swiss. Follow them on Facebook or visit their website.
